ELIN MANAHAN THOMAS
Elin Manahan Thomas is a Welsh soprano who made headlines in early 2000 as the first singer in almost 300 years to perform Bach’s aria Alles Mit Gott, written in 1713, but only discovered in 2005. A former member of the Monteverdi Choir &The Sixteen, Thomas studied at the Royal College of Music in London & at 29 signed a five album deal with UCJ, releasing her debut album of Baroque repertoire in 2007.
